Q: Can I cancel my order?

All orders are immediately sent to dispatch, once an order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.

Q: What if I enter the wrong address at checkout?

 

Unfortunately, if you enter the wrong address at checkout, we cannot correct it. To prevent such thing from happening, create an account.

Q: I forgot to use my discount code, can you add it to my order?

 

Unfortunately, our software doesn't allow us to manually enter any discount codes. Please be sure to enter all discount codes before placing your order.
