Can I cancel my order?
All orders are immediately sent to dispatch, once an order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.
I entered the wrong address at checkout, can you update it for me?
Unfortunately, if you enter the wrong address at checkout, we cannot correct it. To prevent such thing from happening, we encourage you to create an account.
My package was delivered to the wrong address, can I still receive my order?
All customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, if you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, we are unable to correct your address, or replace your order. To prevent such thing from happening, we encourage you to create an account. Furthermore, Girl Just Heal is not responsible for any orders/packages that are lost, stolen, mishandled, and/or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, UPS, and/or any other shipping carrier you select at Checkout.
I forgot to use my discount code, can you add it to my order?
Unfortunately, our software doesn't allow us to manually enter any discount codes. Please be sure to enter all discount codes before placing your order.
My package was returned to your facility, can I still receive it?
Yes. In the event that your package gets returned, to us, you will receive an emailed link prompting you to create a new order for the reship fee and shipping costs.
